Well, that's what I call my "cyber-self" these days, but according to dictionary.com,
tekno (or actually a snipet of technology) is:

From Dictionary.com :

Main Entry: tech·nol·o·gy
1 : the science of the application of knowledge to practical purposes : applied science
2 : a scientific method of achieving a practical purpose —tech·no·log·i·cal /"tek-n&-'läj-i-k&l/ also tech·no·log·ic /-ik/ adjective

And then of course, the definition of "cat" if we dare ;o)

From Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary:
Main Entry: cat
1 : a carnivorous mammal (Felis catus) long domesticated and kept as a pet or for catching rats and mice
2 : any of a family (Felidae) of mammals including the domestic cat, lion, tiger, leopard, jaguar, cougar, wildcat, lynx, and cheetah

or we can go with the geeky spin:

[from `catenate' via Unix `cat(1)'] vt.

1. [techspeak] To spew an entire file to the screen or some other output sink without pause.
2. By extension, to dump large amounts of data at an unprepared target or with no intention of browsing it carefully.
Usage: considered silly. Rare outside Unix sites.

So we put the two together and we get a cat that is totally obsessive about technology (at least in my interpetation).

But, if we go with my definition: I love fooling around with all things techno (even the music mind you) and I love cats. So back in the early '90's when I was looking for my cyberhandle (back in the day of dial-up and BBS's), and this is what came together.

Therefore we have: TeknoCat!
